amazing family stay!
magnificent staffaqua aerobicsinclusive classemergency light
I loved my time here! the staff, including rasika, shehani, thanuja, michael, ayesha, and lahira, were magnificent. the kids were spoiled rotten, which they loved! my niece especially enjoyed the aqua aerobics class. It was inclusive, too.
The hotel electricity kept cutting out. It even happened at 4:40 am! a big emergency light turned on, and it woke everyone up. reception said they knew about it but made no mention the next morning?!

The pool area has many loungers perfect for relaxation. there are also shaded sections for those wanting to escape the sun! the hotel includes a modern gym. It has treadmills and stationary bikes for guest use.

the hotel offers excursions with a manager to plan everything! restaurant teams ensure guests feel welcomed. the front office staff provided warm smiles and also kept the tradition décor beautiful.

the garden suite was great for family privacy. my daughter had room upstairs, and we enjoyed downstairs space. the porch offered relaxing breeze. the grounds are well kept and beautiful, a true garden oasis.

The hotel is near the jungle. Peacocks roam the grounds and monkeys are around too. Breakfasts and dinners were FANTASTIC!!! The atmosphere is calm and pleasant.
The resort was managed by not professionals. The level was not a 5star one. Many facilities were out of order, like the billiard table. Only one ball was available for the ping pong table.
